Why doesn't Marie summon her persona at the end? She's always writing poetry so it would've made sense. Although I guess the developers may not have known what to do with Kaguya.
Well, the persona summoning was more a necessity rather than a awesome jamming session. The times the characters had to pull out their persona , they were doing it to serenade the Shadows surrounding them to coax them to leave. Since the circumstances they were in meant they couldn't do it the old-fashioned way (i.e. fisticuffs), they had to convince them via dancing. I guess the dancing was a means of charging up their personas, while the personas do the actual 'coaxing them to leave' part. On top of that, Marie technically doesn't have a persona to go with her, given her unique case (I assume that time in the Arena games was her borrowing a persona compendium or something).

It’s the final persona for her Arcana, and after fusing with all the sagiri’s and Izanami (Izanami gave out personas) I feel like she would unlock Kaguya for herself. Besides we didn’t see any books with her in Arena (both Elizabeth and Margaret had one on them in Arena) so she couldn’t have been using a compendium either
