Please add me to that list of human beings diagnosed with both ADHD and PTSD. Mine began at age five (1950) with a spiked temperature, which led to failing 2nd and fifth grade, socially isolated in school and the self-perception that I had brought this on myself. My parents (little education) being Christian Fundamentalists believed I was somehow a bad child, so there was considerable neglect. The saving grace in this brief story was neuroplasticity and time. Today at age 78, I am a fifth year doctoral student (straight "A's").

I played this today and it brought tears to my eyes. When my husband asked why I was tearful, I said because it immediately connects me to my loving God in the same way our beautiful environment does. He commented that these gifted composers are referred to by some as the minor prophets because of their inspired compositions. So grateful.

Je cherchais un peu de musique douce pour endormir rapidement ma fille de 16 mois et par un merveilleux hasard, j’ai décidé d’arrêter mon choix ici. Des la première minute d’écoute, j’ai su que j’allais passer un agréable moment de découverte musicale. Bébé s’est endormie paisiblement en quelques minutes et maman a profité du reste de la soirée pour se laisser bercer par ces magnifiques mélodies. Je me suis vidée la tête, j’ai mis un baume sur mon coeur épuisée et j’ai remplis mon âme de sensations agréables. Un magnifique voyage vers le calme absolu en symbiose avec notre environnement. You are never alone, God/All that is always present and probably more reliable than some people. 16 years ago, I had two near-death experiences 10 days apart. Both times I left my body and was in the presence of a LOVE and consciousness that exceeded anything I have ever known. Most religions perceive God as a mean-spirited entity who punishes people who do evil things. Man's ignorance has turned God/All that is into a prick.

You are never alone, God/All that is always present and probably more reliable than some people. 16 years ago, I had two near-death experiences 10 days apart. Both times I left my body and was in the presence of a LOVE and consciousness that exceeded anything I have ever known. Most religions perceive God as a mean-spirited entity who punishes people who do evil things. Man's ignorance has turned God/All that is into a prick.
