Use the output tool connect the output tool to the last tool of the workflow. When you feel you got your desired output. and export the file in excel or csv. You can then use this file for visualization either in Tableau or Power BI
@@Machine_Mantra It means that every time we run the flow then excel or csv file will get updated and then we need to refresh data in visualization tool ?? Am I correct ? My doubt is "how we can automate data refresh when we are going to publish Tableau or Power BI reports to the server "??

After preparing data, need to take that data in visualization tool like Power BI, Tableau? How can we achieve that?
