You know the intestines and all the inside the belly thing of animal need proper wash and cleaning you got to wash it with salt properly then wash it again and again and again next is wash it with vinegar and corn startch so many thing you need to do before you cook it. it must clear white and clean. what in the world you showing to the world dirty cooking..
