You just have to inflate your 260Q then tie a knot. Then before doing anything you have to stretch it, and give it a little squeeze every time you make another bubble. @@JackDon-gb4cm It could be the quality of the balloon you are using. If it's not the balloon try to squeeze that part really good to make sure your balloon is soft. The reason why you have to do this, so the pressure will be at the tail of your balloon. I wish you all the best, I know you can do this, please try it again. Yes I did all this but when I pushed the tip in to make the rose bud and twist they keep bursting after I've done this part lol
