If you watched the series "Arcane", you are familiar with the substance called "Shimmer", the pink stuff that the villain Silco distributed in the poorer region of the city. I would call the Velonasaur exactly that: Shimmer. They kinda look like they took the substance too 😆
If you configure the S+ Blueprint Maker to allow armour, weapons and saddles to be converted to blueprints, it will also apply any painting that was done to the original. But you have to do it to one that is made when you loot it, not one you craft from a blueprint.
The helicoprion from ark additions can paint BPs, if the item you turn into a BP is painted then the BP becomes painted, it’s pretty cool. It use to anyways, idk if it’s been updated or anything.

You obtain the saddle, upgrade it to ascendant level, paint it, then turn it into a blueprint inside the upgrade station. Note: *_I HAVE NOT TESTED THIS, IT IS ONLY A THEORY._* In the past when I have upgraded weapons and added attachments, then turned it into a blueprint, those attachments were crafted as part of the new item. This means it is theoretically possible that the paint colors MIGHT be added to the blueprint as well.
I put the name Neo on the table for your main Velo, on account of the Neon coloring, and the fact Neo from the matrix is famous for dodging bullets, and the Velo spits lots of "bullets"

hey syntac, i have a question for you. why you don't install the paleo arek dino version mod??? it's a very cool mod form upfromthedeath the same that create ark addition. The mod add new creature variants like the r and the x but the paleo ark version are different becouse they change some dinos and they add some new abilites for him, the mod also change some creature dimension like rideable dilos and kentros (ther's also a sort of tlc giga coming and a paleo ark acro) I hope you install this mod

adding to this, the s+ blueprint table can't convert items with crafting skill to a blueprint, so you can't abuse it to get better blueprints.
