Back in the early 00s, I was watching a rerun of "Armageddon" at three AM with my sick father. Dad had just fallen asleep on the couch and as I watched him breathe this song came on. Even though this is a romantic song, I felt it was appropriate for that moment. His heart was failing and I often watched his breathing when he slept to make sure he was still with us. He died not long after that and this song always reminds me of him.

I'm Japanese. I really love this movie and have been watching it since I was 20 years old, even though I'm now over 40. I've never seen a movie where the images and music matched so well. As a father of a daughter, I want to be a parent like that. Bruce Willis is the best father.

My grandfather Love this movie and every time I see it I always will think about him. He was such a great man He raised me and when they played this song in my wedding It broke my heart I can't help a cry everytime I hear it. Both the soundtrack and the movie are simply amazing and very satisfying! It's a touching scene but also a stupid move on Harry's part when he tears the mission patch off his arm and says "Give this to Truman". He didn't know how well that patch was sewn on his sleeve! He easily could have tore a hole in his suit, depressurized and then you get instantly dead Harry Stamper and AJ's has to set off the bomb anyway! 💣

Both the soundtrack and the movie are simply amazing and very satisfying! The powerful closing tagline - "Everyone can be a Father but it takes a lot to be a Daddy" - caps this masterpiece and blew me away!!

It's a touching scene but also a stupid move on Harry's part when he tears the mission patch off his arm and says "Give this to Truman". He didn't know how well that patch was sewn on his sleeve! He easily could have tore a hole in his suit, depressurized and then you get instantly dead Harry Stamper and AJ's has to set off the bomb anyway! 💣
