- This week our online material continues with a technique related to the circle, but very different.
Where the circle begins from a bind and disengages under the sword, the windthauw is a direct displacement which parries an incoming attack from below, then winds back out.
Both techniques take advantage of a side step and a high hanging, but use it in very dfferent ways to achieve success. Спорт
These videos are so well done, I really like that you add the "opponent" so it's easier for dumb people like myself to visualize the threats better
These individual videos demonstrating the mechanics of the cuts are incredibly clean! These are going to make it easier for me to begin incorporating them into my drills, thank you!
This is some of the most informative and entertaning educational material on the internet
I'm teaching a class and these videos are proving a valuable resource to clarify my understanding as I go through Meyer's text. Thanks!
Im very impressed with the quality of this video. Well done! Youve earn a subscriber.
Underrated. I’ve been practicing mixing up both Fiore and Meyer. The fiore guards actually have a lot of play, . A mixture of the two have helped me in sparring, although it’s pretty tough to pull off well and it looks kinda goofy sometimes.
I really love Fiore and have been doing a lot of it in toast couple of years. I think the tight relatively simple movements of fiore make a great combination with Meyer too :)
Meyer longsword is very interesting. thumbsup
no, the strick from below does not expose but provides protection and attack at the same time, and abouve all it's way stealtier than high strick. Loved the video
Very nice
