I like how they didn't give Belial this huge heavy metal theme. That would have made him seem unstable, a ruler drunk on power, and an unworthy foe. Instead we have this slow-paced, horn-heavy vocal theme which every so slowly builds up while still being terrifying. And I think that pretty much sums up Belial himself. He's the perfect evil overlord.
