For bosses while some has been revamped (satla, bunny zepplin) there are still some awaiting (like laval golem, ancient trio etc) so over time I hope they will be also nicer. Thanks to Cataclysmic Armageddon for helping on their balance.For items majority are done. In future if you wanna check stuff I feel sending you our organized item world (for checking stuff easier) + afkpets mechanics doc would help you a lot. Sorry if some stuff look confusing. Some legitimate criticism I think you guys have probably picked up on is to hopefully rebrand in the future -- you are no longer _only_ AFKpets anymore since you've added much more content to the game than a morbillion pet items, with potential players of the mod being turned away from it because, like Gameraiders said, it doesn't appear that inviting since not everyone's into pets. I do hope to see this mod get worked on more over time, Laval Golem looks like he'd be awesome with a rework. Seems like a very promising content mod to add.
I love the SATLA-001 and Harpy Airforce boss fights, some of my favorite modded boss fights, it's just so fun to learn the different mechanics and really creative. You can also use a config option to turn off the bosses and just keep the items if you want to. Also these blue and yellow attacks at 3:35 and 12:26 are a reference to Undertale, the blue attacks need you to stand still, yellow attacks you need to move so you don't receive damage even if it hits you.
There are so many Touhou references in the mod (From the boundary, to the gaps, to the weapons and flowers, and bosses) Such as the Perfect Cherry Blossom item (a direct reference to one of the Touhou games, I think 6, though my memory is fuzzy on which one)
Last I remember I saw something also named Okiku 11 years ago in a different mod Also her death noise is the scream from yume Nikki, I recognize that scream
Gameraider: "I don't like bosses that are the same as my character they don't feel intimidating" Supreme Calamitas: *is canonically shorter than the player* "Am I a joke to you?!"
Ngl the slayer of evil would be cool if it had better quality overall in its sprites/animations It sticks out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of the bosses
I believe this mod was slightly inspired by UnderTale because im the second boss fight there were orange and blue attacks(there were also gaster blaster noises which are originally from undertale) Also in the mechanical slime fight the text in the effect was: your sins weighted your back which in UnderTale there is an extremely similar dialogue in the sans fight(you feel your sins crawling on your back)
You can try out Thorium, Mod of Redemption or Calamity for content (Thorium is more like upgraded Vanilla Terraria, Mod of Redemption and Calamity is pretty fun, not like vanilla tho) . But if you or your friend never played vanilla Terraria, play vanilla first. Btw dom’t forget to download QoL mods.

Yeah. I design it for his birthday gift around 3 years ago. While current state needs revamp in attacks I hope soon we could find time on that.
