Carabao and a goat don't eat that kind of grass you have in your land, It much better if you hire someone to cut it down burned or uproot it. The locals maybe know how to deal with it.

You can get a.seeds of papaya...you buy the fruits that you like then the seeds you can plant it no need to buy the acctual plants its can cost you more money...example you buy manggo just dry the manggo seeds then cover with soil then put some water...same with avocado, papaya, even coconut just get the most old one and let it in your land...you can dwart it on your own theres some way in you tube how do dwart the coconot before plant it..our you buy seeds...you remember that some one sent you all kids of seeds and you give to cure you can buy them also more affordable i think your not in hurry then...just buy a pot or a empty container put soil then put your seeds let it grow there before transfer in your land....just suggestion to save you money

Finn and Sherlyn, it's very nice place where you want to built your dream house. But what I thought at first is - please don't remove all the plants from the hill. When it's heavy raining you'll have a landslide. I can see this in several places here in Indonesia where the people removed all trees and plants from their property. Also save your house with deep beton foundation. The houses here in Asia are not built as strong as in Europe or Island. Please think about it. I want you to have a nice time together in your dram house. Lovely greetings from Indonesia

    Don't use chemicals Finn!!!
Wait for it to rain, the plants are easier to pull out of the ground. Once everything is removed. You can maintain the new growth with a brush cutter. You will only need to employ one person/gardener to brush cut. Find someone reliable. It will be a on going job, until building starts. All the traffic and site prep will stop weed growth. Then your gardener can become a builders laborer. As you know, when your away. You will need a caretaker, so think about their accommodation in your build. I'm sure you already have. Good luck and have fun!

Grow your own bananas and papayas. I think Finn said he likes avocados. So find an avocado plant. Find other citrus beside calamansi. Grow moringa. You can grow cacao too. Finn said the mango tree is outside the property boundary so plant your own mango tree. You can grow dragon fruit. You can have a spice garden too. So many possibilities.

Build a house first. Minimize removing vegetation roots will prevent erosion during rainy season especially on the slopes. After you build your house, then hire a farmer to clean the land. That is the cheapest and environment friendly. Then plant what ever you want to plant.

Finn you dont have to clean it according to your friend…. just let the construction crew clean the place. I know there will be a lot of digging during the construction a lot of gravels and sand will be poured down in the area. What you are planning will only double your expenses. You have only contact your contractor and let him start your project. Later hire a landscaper and that will be his job to clean the lot. Again what you are planning to do is not necessary, the construction will clean your land i tell you!!!

Finn, not all fruits with the same name are equal: some are sweeter, some are bigger, some are more meaty, some more sturdier and pest-resistant, etc. than others, depending on the variety. Best way is to grow the seedling yourself from the seeds of the one you have seen and/or tasted; or to consult or order from established and reliable orchards as marcotted branches or seedlings from a high quallity parent tree. Good luck.

You can start planting whatever you want to plant in your land after you finish clearing up... it's better. Good luck, guys.

Suggestion you need to clear up your property first and then spray for weeds before purchasing plants so you’ll know exactly where your house will be and where to plant your plants.

If you are going to plant coconut trees, choose the dwarf kind so that it will not grow tall like the regular ones and also it is easier to gather the fruits. God bless and good luck in your project.

Hi Finn, I'm a long time viewer but first time commenter. I don't really want to comment, but I am getting worried about you guys, because you haven't posted in a while. Hope everything is okay my man. I'm a guy who works just about every minute of every day, but your videos are my little free time to relax while I eat dinner. I enjoy your content so much, because when I was in the Philippines, it was some of the best moments of my life, and I see that in you, through your videos. Hope to have you back soon.
