  • TIMESTAMP BELOW↓↓↓
First off, this whole thing wasn't planned. I knew once Devon started his blood flow I would ask questions, but never thought of which questions to ask so if it's all over the place, my bad. I tried to keep the conversation going on topics you guys would be interested in hearing and I hope that's the case.
The second part is crazy. Devon talks about a secret treatment and his thoughts on arm wrestlers and on Auden, just you wait;)

17:25 - I don't think Levan will be the strongest he's ever been because he was almost 190kg against Ermes - He realised that wasn't healthy and Is probably going to be nearer to 175 for you this time since he doesn't wanna be put on an oxygen tank. He still has 50kg+ on you and gets to be healthier shape wise. So higher endurance probably at a minimal loss of strength than his peak strength.

When u do curls on biceps you should try full ROM slow (15 sec) eccentrics and fast concentrics supination curls with low weight and 6-8 sets to help build good foundational strength. Untilizing this with the knowledge/regimen you possess it’ll give u tremendous improvement.

Could someone tell me if what Devon calls rehab, Does it actually make him stronger? Because I'm mimicking my training to this video. I use weights in a strap for my Pronator and rise lifts... And use bands for the rehab Portion..... I'm just curious , if the rehab actually makes an arm wrestler , stronger, or is it just literally for bloodflow?
When I do the rehab portion I do 30-40 reps until it burns and can't do anymore..
I do one round of strict lifts and rehab 5-6 times a day.

Deven, I think your arm and wrist is as strong as it can be. It’s probably too late to even add this in as it may just confuse the muscles. However if you were stronger all around meaning bench press and shoulder press, you could take Levon but I feel like it’s your body that is causing you to lose with Levon. I noticed Levon uses his body when he’s arm wrestling, his weight is able to hold his arm a little better however, with your body the weight isn’t necessarily the issue. I believe you are just as strong at 260 as you are at 290 and I believe your arm and hand is as strong as it’s ever going to get I think you just need more overall strength in your body.
Ps. You should add in some moderate tren before the match and at least you’ll go out with knowing you gave it your all lol

I wonder if he does this many rounds of rehab after each set of singles 3 times a day?
