I couldn't imagine letting my phone get like that... I keep multiple cases (usually 3-4 at a time, a clear one, a silicone one and a hardshell case) and change them every time I clean my phone which is usually once or twice a week
I put a case on a case so it's not that dirty
You only need 1 case if you take care of it. I’ve had mines for 2 years and it still looks brand new.

I clean and sanitize my phone and case with an alcohol cleaning solution, typically every other day, but a minimum of twice a week. It's the same way with my tablets, laptop, and other electronics. That phone was disgusting. I couldn't imagine the amount of germs and bacteria alone on that case! Omg wow 😳

That case looks like an OtterBox knockoff. If you are going to go have your phone repaired, at least have it as clean as possible. Destroyed, or cracked screen, tape over it so pieces don't jab or cut someone. Love your videos! Wish your shop was closer, or I was closer to your shop, I could use a battery change on my Galaxy S9+.
I'm pretty sure that this is one of the Walmart brand Onn cases. I work there and they have a bunch that are clear ottorbox knockoffs, and they all have the charging port grommets like this one.

The customer probably ate and used the phone at the same time without cleaning his/her hands. And you don’t necessarily need to own multiple cases. Just clean both the case and phone at least 2 times every 1 - 2 weeks. Even more so for clear cases.
Hey there is one suggestion in the cleaning the case part is that you can clean it in sink in running water and soap it will do your job way more faster rather using cleaner and paper towel

Dont use plastic to remove dust on speaker grill just use wipe cloth and use prophylAlcohol to clean it then use brush ...it will clean more dirt without scratches
