It's new but still performing very good. You can keep it in middle IIITs. Although it is IIIT but comes under GFTI list of JoSAA/CSAB

Placements are not the only thing. In NIT agartala you will get a diverse college, better infrastructure and college life which we neglect during admission and regret after admission.
