Recipe :
Potatoes - 1.5 - 2 kg
Vegetable fat
Butter - 20 g
Roast for 20-30 minutes
Onion - 1 piece
Sauté the onion for 3 minutes
Minced meat - 700 g
Fry the minced meat for 10 minutes
Salt/pepper/oregano/paprika - 1 tsp
Mix well
Tomato sauce - 300 ml
Mix well
Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes
Gouda cheese - 150g
Emmental cheese - 150 g
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
