Fluke 700HTP-2 Hydraulic Test Pump

we have just facing issues , when we pump the pressure ,it doesn't stable at desired pressure it start decreasing.

has someone Expeience with this pump? how realistic is it to calibrate pressures at 600 Bars? is it easy to reach that pressure ? we need a new Pump for calibrations...
