So we can understand clearly, for example : to which part of the opponent hand part should our PALM BLOCK be placed?? at the opponent wrist area OR at the opponent elbow area? And what is the real function of the fist that support the elbow of the other hand, when it is doing the palm block (in the second level line 王）？is it just to support the elbow? Because my friend told me that our left hand is actually grabbing the wrist of the opponent and bring it to the back of our other elbow, and our right hand is doing the palm blocking to break opponent elbow.
