    In this episode, we leave the Crawford City Park and made our way east on US20 eventually finding ourselves in Gordon, Nebraska.
    We are raising money for The Boise Bicycle Project as part of The Apollo Mission so please consider donating to the Boise Bicycle Project (BBP) at the link below. It's a great organization making a huge difference to the Boise biking and overall community.

    I love the slow-mo for the grasshoppers. :)

      Hey Greer,
      Thanks! The camera sort of showed it but there for several miles there were a ton of grasshoppers, it was interesting and sort of gross at the same time.
      Thanks for watching.

    13:10 The first Apollo mission launch attempt! 🙌🏼 Great effort, maybe next time!

      Great observation and connection the "mission". I actually contemplated doing the jump/launch off the swing but with my bad I figured it wasn't worth the risk. It would have been pretty bad to have killed the entire mission jumping out of a swing.
      Thanks for the comment.

      Hey Leon,
      Thanks. Spending time at the Priority Headquarters was fun.
      Thanks for watching and for the comment. I've seen the commercials because the Priority folks sent the final versions to us, but we haven't seen them as ads on any content. Did you see the commercial while watching RUclips?
      Thanks for watching.

    I saw that sneaky sidewise glance at the library sign…😂

      Hey Barb,
      Mb has trouble passing any library almost as much as she struggles to pass an ice cream shop. She just finished her 50th book for 2022 as part of the Idaho Falls Public Library Book Nerd challenge. For me, I have trouble passing a brewery or a bar. :)
      Thanks for the comment.

    Nice to have an uneventful day, isn’t it? Large insects like grasshoppers give me the willies. Shudder!

      I had a full on locust (huge grasshopper) jump in my car. It took a long time to get it out because it found a hiding spot.

      You're absolutely right, this was a great day after several days of flats. We actually had many days with no issue but the days with issues seem to make for more concrete memories. And yes, the grasshoppers were interesting but gross at the same time. I feared one would fly into my mouth.
      Thanks for watching and for the comment.

      That's gross. That would have freaked me out if it flew in my window while I was driving. Good you eventually found it.

    Y’all need to look for a Walmart for tubes

    • @BBB_Adventures
      @BBB_Adventures  Год назад

      Hey Hunter,
      We actually did buy many tubes at Walmart but in some of the more remote parts of the country, the Walmart didn't always have the right size tube with the right valve. We did carry a patch kit as an ultimate backup if we ran out of tubes, which luckily we didn't. We are still debating whether we are going to try tubeless. I think it would have helped some of the punctures but not all of them.
      Thanks for watching and for the comment.

    Have you watched Jurassic World Dominion? Now that's a BIG grasshopper! Ride with your mouth closed. LOL

    • @BBB_Adventures
      @BBB_Adventures  2 года назад +1

      Hey Craig,
      We haven't seen that yet. Was it good? But now I'm curious about the giant grasshopper.
      Riding that section with the grasshoppers was interesting and also a bit creepy. I was actually worried one of them was going to end up in my mouth. That would suck.
      Thanks for watching.

      @@BBB_Adventures We thought the movie was good. It was fun. A lot of references to the first movie, Jurassic Park.

    That was not an old Combine, it was an even older Threshing Machine. Its pronounced "Shad-ren" I know thats not how its spelled... :)

      Hey James,
      Nice catch and thanks for the education. I'm obviously not a farmer but do have a good appreciation for machinery of all kinds and how they have changed over time and how they have changed and in most cases improved our lives.
      Thanks again for pointing out what that old machine actually was and thanks for watching BBB Adventures.
