      The NHL has been doing these international games for years and it is commendable. I think this is the first time the season started there and I hope the people and country are appreciative of the honor it is. The NHL is a lot more global than the other North American big four and they should keep embracing that.

      The first thought that comes to mind is that there might not be enough women to have a deep pool and roster of fighters for the division. Maybe they should conduct a poll and see how many world class fighters would be suitable for it

    It is bizarre that it has been 74 years since 3 rookie QBs have all had winning records after five games. The NFL has never been too kind on these newcomers.

    • @CompleteSportsMedia4050
      @CompleteSportsMedia4050 День назад +1

      That was quite the surprising stat and one of the reasons we wanted to highlight it. Most rookies don't get a chance immediately and the ones that do are coming into terrible teams that can't win yet.

      That seems to be the most prevalent opinion of people when they have heard this latest endeavour possibility. We have been following combat sports events for many years in this country and there hasn't been any real issues there. This is just the new direction of sports and we likely should just get used to it.

    • @FootballIslifeforus
      @FootballIslifeforus 23 часа назад +1

      That is a strong opinion and I understand it to a point. However many sports have aligned themselves with the major players in that country with so far no real troubles. Making a decision to go there will likely be a good move in the end.

      We are on board for that. It likely doesn't happen this early in the year but should. The mistakes they are making are lethal and could stop their teams from making the playoffs.

    • @FootballIslifeforus

      Everyone makes mistakes and the ones they have made don't require a knee jerk reaction to fire them and have to change the entire direction of the team after only 5 weeks.

    Mahomes is on a fast track to being the GOAT. It is amazing how he just keeps winning no matter how many guys he loses year after year.

    • @CompleteSportsMedia4050
      @CompleteSportsMedia4050 День назад +2

      We saw that at this point in his career he has the most wins, yards and TDs of any other QB in NFL history. The trouble with most successful QBs is that when they achieve greatness they ask for massive contracts. A guy like Tom Brady was never the highest paid so the Hoodie could surround him with talent to help him win. Mahomes is paid well but he has only the 13th highest AAV and that will help. He has also proven that he can overcome losses of key personnel that will happen through injuries or players leaving for more money. Tom Brady set the bar ridiculously high in becoming the GOAT but PM is sure showing rhw world he might be able to catch him.

    • @FootballIslifeforus
      @FootballIslifeforus 23 часа назад

      He seems destined to break nearly every record and smash them to pieces. If he stays healthy he has a very realistic shot at GOAT status.

      @@CompleteSportsMedia4050That is scary that $45 million a year is only the 13th highest QB in the NFL. Brett Veach has been wise to lock him down for 10 years at a reasonable money figure. He has made many other moves to try and stock the team in other spots to compete and win more titles. This team has great people from top to bottom and are a shining example on how to build a dynasty.

    • @CompleteSportsMedia4050
      @CompleteSportsMedia4050 День назад +2

      Yeah UFC 307 didn't deliver as much entertainment value as we hope for. There were as almost always some great moments. That main event was great and a couple of the other fights had some great moments. Some of the bad did overshadow the card and need to be addressed by the powers that be. Incompetent judging and referees need to be weeded out quickly and replaced. Our frustration level has reached alarming heights and we dedicate many hours a week to this sport and will cease to if it doesn't get fixed.
