Je trouve toujours que la meilleure façon d'agrandir son vocabulaire est de lire.
Et aussi d'écouter 👂
I discovered that there are hundreds of videos called "dialogues en francais"..choose level debutante, moyen, avancee.....on youtube. Some are long. You read along with hearing.....tons of subjects, not the boring regular stuff.
These have helped me more than anything.
Also, reading french translations of American detective books like DaVinci Code really gives you tons of vocabulary. Just don't choose Agatha Christie's or you will learn slang from the 1930s.😅
Nancy Drew books are available in French under the name Caroline Quine. They are called the "Alice" series...not sure why Nancy is Alice in their version.

Conjugating verbs! I don't understand how you can have more than one conjugation in a single sentence. Also, all of the different ways to say "to" or "on" or "in" and probably more to come. I'm only 31 days in to learn French but DANG. Anyway, thanks for your videos, they help greatly 💪

Pour moi c’est plus que je crois pas que j’écrive ou parles dans une façon « française » si ça raisonne. récemment j’ai écrit un message à ma prof de français de lycée et ça m’a prit 30 minutes. souvent je vérifie avec DeepL Translator et le résultat et généralement toujours plus « français » que moi. J’écris cette commentaire SANS référencer DeepL afin de démontrer

Why is the verb different for different subjects? Time for the French language to be simplified in the 21st century. Just like the English language which has been simplified to be like what it is today.
