Written by renowned Irish songwriter Phil Coulter about his own special needs son. Luke sang it with such passion you'd easily believe it was HIS child.
We were thought this song in primary school in Ireland and it was a super song to teach us to respect and include others with differences for they are special and beloved ❤ 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪
Fun facts the other reaction video u did to Jim McCann grace , Jim mc can is in this video he introduces it and the man in violin is same man in both videos🇮🇪🇮🇪
@@IslandGirlzHaveFlow05XBS The Dubliners were a group that I love not only for their songs, but also for their humor: ruclips.net/video/5SmWUMJRIDo/видео.htmlsi=4-Xa2UjtAe0Hrq4K it's an older video from a concert they had in Sweden.
I think you’re developing the “grá” (the Irish Gaelic word for love, rhymes with “awe”) for Irish music! Luke Kelly was one of the founding members of The Dubliners, who accompanied Jim McCann singing Grace, which you reviewed in August. Sadly, he passed in 1984 at just 44 years of age. His gravelly-sounding voice is quite unique. The songwriter’s (Phil Coulter) son Paul, the subject of this song, passed at just 4 years old in the late 1960s. Phil wrote the song to help him with his grief.
Good reaction island girl sorry been absent from videos for a while I had some personal issues to attend too, Now everything is fine, Good video island girl stay safe 👍
You are one angelic human being I hope you have luck in everything you do dear

Hey island girl. New to the channel but you should really have a listen to There were Rose's by Cara Dillon. I think you'll love it.

I love your take on this and your reactions. There was a problem with the synchronization of voice. Hard to watch.
