They live in Beverly Hills, do you know how expensive it is? The "kids" have moved out on their own without the help of their parents buying a house for them. It's their first house they've bought, what do you guys expect? Also everything in their houses (furniture, clothes, shoes, decor, etc) are super expensive.

i remember something most of the rich kids were dealing with in the earlier seasons was talking about straying away from their parent's money, I think Roxy got cut off and Morgan while moving in with Brendan stopped getting so much help from her parents. But location is everything. The amount of money they spent on this place is probably equivalent to the "bigger and nicer" houses boosted in the comments. Dorothy Wang's family are billionaires and she's actually well in terms of her individual net worth as well, her family is worth so much they will probably never run out of money for her to spend.

This is honestly the interior of most homes in Beverly Hills. Those overly modern contemporary style homes you see are 99% of the renovated by newer/younger buyers or the original owners wanting top dollar in the current market. My first apartment had the most outdated bathroom I.e green tile and the kitchen wasn’t that far ahead in time.

I don't think people understand how much more expensive their house is compared to their old house not only due to location but also the amount of rooms and such. We only saw 5 rooms and there was a pretty big upper hallway so there's a lot we're not seeing. You also shouldn't need to flaunt your wealth as that's shallow as hell.
