Speaking of controls, I'm not sure what it is on PC but on controller, normally you use the left thumbstick to flip your car in air but if you hold your handbrake button whilst using the thumbstick you can flat spin and change the way your car faces.

E and X are special buttons for vehicles, sometimes x is boost, if there is a jump Eeee is boost.
