These can be single balloons. They were double stuffed to show the printed balloon on the outside.

How do fix the base if you pop a balloon? Do you have to start over?

No, you are able to remove and replace with a new balloon :)

If you’ve ever been to a balloon bouquet class they don’t show you the steps that she takes which are actually smart and good ways on how to make a balloon bouquet. Thank you for the tutorial! I’ve paid hundreds of dollars to learn this just to forget it eventually. Millions of thanks
