You are a lifesaver man. My printer at work kept saying replace toner. I replaced it. Still didnt work. I replaced the drum. Still didnt work. I tried to rest the printer settings. Still didnt work. I googled how to fix.The only answers that came up were what I already tried. I decided I would have to use the admin printer. That shit wasnt working. I was about to give up, defeated and broken. Finally, I found this video and followed directions expecting it wasnt going to work, just like every thing else. IT WORKED! You saved me from having to call IT or replace my printer. 10 stars my friend!

Thanks for the info. Our office brother printer kept on asking for replace toner even though we already changed new toner. After following your instruction, our printer went back to its normal function.

Anyone can tell me how long do I need to press OK button for the drum message? I pressed for like 5 mins but it didn’t show the next steps.
Open the front cover at first and press ok button. Hope it will work.
