lol all the hate on this video is a little concerning to me. Yes, this isn't the most complicated choreo in the world, but I think it would be perfect for a beginner to build confidence. It's simple, but it's executed well.

I love it! The rhythmicity, tone and sustain are just wonderful. It’s simple choreography, but to execute it this well requires a very internalized sense of phrase and timing.

I loooove how beginner friendly this choreo is bc it makes people who aren't advanced dancers feel confident and its something that you can learn at home without feeling stressed out by a bunch of different and difficult moves

Fierce, hot,fiesty,sassy..everyone with or without a heartbreak should learn this choreo. It's crazy how these moves make me feel like an empowered woman like nothing else can. So apparently easy but not really haha...and by far the best dance cover I have seen!
I thought this was great! It's hard to create a good beginner's choreography that doesn't look boring. This was simple but entertaining! Great job, Monica! 🙌

just a simple choreography but aptly made as it moves with the chorus as well which many others missed....Dua Lipa should use this as well in her performance as she doesnt dance at all

I've been maratoning New Rules coreographys and yours stood out to me. Yours have something that many others doesn't: it isn't forgettable. Sure, complicated flips and fast movements are amazing, but if a coreography is just made of that, then honestly it just looks messy and repetitive. Since there's nothing different and you do the same kind of movements all the time nothing stands out, and therefore, it's not something that you will remember visually.
Yeah, your choreography is not complex, but that's what makes it good. New Rules isn't an energic fast song, dancing it fast with tons of complicated moves... just looks out place. You understood that and instead made a smooth choreography that fits perfectly with the songs's rhythm. And is no th forgettable. LOVED those "key points" (don't know how to call them sorry) in parts of the song; like thanks for actually counting in the 1, 2, 3 rules part, I hated how wasted that was in other choreographys. And that "open doors and kicks out" movement was also awsome.
That's what I find so appealing about your choreography: it matches both the song's rhythm AND lyrics, making it visually easy to remember. And the best is that is also easy to learn. You did an absolutely amazing job.

How can you dance with heels on when I can’t even walk a couple metres with that on
Find comfortable ones, not too high, a little bit of a thicker heel and wear a boot/bootie instead of an open toe shoe. Hope that helps!
