Take the pressure off and relax, study, sleep, or simply vibe to these crimson critters, resplendent in red robes that help camouflage their brilliant bodies and bellies full of bioluminescent bites in the darkness of the deep.
Bloody-belly comb jellies are abundant here in our deep backyard of the Monterey Submarine Canyon, and thanks to our collaboroceans with science and technology partners ‪@MBARIvideo‬ , these are the first Lampocteis to ever be displayed in a public Aquarium.
