Vegetables main B12 nahi hota.
B12 sirf animal origin se milta hai.
Agar koi vegeterian hai toh unboiled milk pijeye Or curd ( दही) khaiye.
Aur human body mein na B12 na banta hai na jyada samay retain hota hai. That's why ek to non veg (egg, animal liver,etc )khayiye nahi to B12 supplement (tablets Or syrup) le yaa milk aur curd daily piye aur khaye.

Swamiji very good. Milk is the best source of vitamin B 12. I have seen, those people who don't drink milk always has problems related to defeciency of B12.
But some many people have milk allergy..like lactose intolerance.. what should they do..specially when they are vegetarian
I don't know about lactose intolerance. But, I found that many wrong belief are spread deliberately. For example, eating Supari is. Said to be a व्यसन। But, cromium present in supari is very good vitamin or mineral. It is good for triglycerides, diebetes, cholestrol problem, Cancer. I seen cancer Dr. Writing cromium content tablet, Naturopathy Dr. Included supari in diebetes patients diet. Actually cholesterol is not a problem. It's sticking on vein inner side is problem, that is due to defeciency of nitric oxide, which body create from a vitamin present in ground nut. Dr. Says ground nut is oily hence do not eat. Some Dr. Says edible oil is harmful, but if do not take oil, then knee problem create. My ayurvedic Dr. Says do not drink milk for problem of digestion. But, reality is my digestion problem is due to defeciency of vitamin B1(thayamin) which is there for professionals like architect. Lack of exercise is another reason.
@@mangalchandsingalkar1210 yes there are many people who have milk allergy, some have wheat allergy, some have some other kind of allergies from a particual food, so its true that some people cannot digest some things properly, they have to just avoid having them and they have no other way.
What about plant based milk. Dairy is known to reduce sperm count
This is wrong though I Take Milk regularly my B12 level is still around 300 and Vitamin D level not more than 13 (Actual Vitamin D should be > 20) and B12 can go up to 900
