You're not only cut out for Teaching but for inspiring us to cut down on our fears to talk in English and cut across the path to become in a bilingual person. Thank you, Claire
Claire, you're amazing. You can't even imagine how helpful your videos are. People around me start noticing my improvement. I won't tell them my secret (my secret weapon). Cheers from Italy :)
Thank you Claire! You explained it to me more easy. Your sentences for the phrasal verbs made me understand without difficulties. Have a nice weekend!😊
My score is 2 out of 3😅 'Cut out for' is new to me, and I think that it has the same meaning as being qualified. I love studying phrasal verbs; they sound natural in conversation.Thank you for the lesson, Claire! 😊 Have a nice weekend 😊
I appreciate your this video. As you said, some phrases are similar. You look like enjoying your speaking, because nobody cut off you. Some cars cut in without blinker , which sometimes annoy me when I drive. Have a good weekend!(^-^)/
Good examples! 📝To cut someone off is a separable phrasal verb, so your sentence would be “You looked like you were enjoying speaking because nobody cut you off.” 🤓

Yes, you’re right, but ‘cut out for’ is much more casual speech 🤓
