My first martial art was Shaolin Tsu Kempo which I studied in Puerto Rico in 1972. We had no mats (training was done on cement floor) and no air conditioning. We had to warm the room with our body heat in the early mornings. Best training I ever received. Later took Wing Chun, Tang Soo Do, Taekwondo and Krav Maga. Now my joints are in constant pain. If I had to do it it again. I would had stuck with Kenpo and Wing Chun.
Your joints are gone because you dont eat food that repairs like raw cabbage number 1, eat a lot of raw vegetables and fruits and no gluten at all and you will feel like boy again. Take it from me I am 67 years old and i perform like a young person do to the right foods.

Great for demonstrations and flexibility,health etc.. brittle metal snaps easily and long thin wood as well. But it's good for shows. The Monks have been in Africa for some time now training the young people. I am not surprised that some great artists are coming from there now. Respect!

He meets experts in different martial arts, and gets kinda destroyed by most wushu experts when sizing is the same! Real wushu is extremely effective but requires years of practice while mma seems more efficient quickly
