Hey babes! So here’s the famous braid out only using 1 product 🥰 I hope you enjoyed it, I will start incorporating more hair videos into my content. Be sure to leave a comment down below and join the family by subscribing!!
today is July 10th, 2022 and your hair turned out really beautiful. I love braid outs I have not tried the product that you used. I have been using Cantu products since my hair started growing back from having breast cancer twice and my hair has grown down to my ear lobe now and I can't wait to try and do a braid out. I am so happy I found this video Thank you.
Girl I love the texture foam too! I’ve used it to do all kinds of styles: twistouts, fros, slick backs, etc. It’s so freaking versatile. Also I have to try your shake method at the end of my twist outs because my pick takes away definition
Yess!! That foam is everythingggg!!!!!! 🤍🙌🏾 and yes the shake method keeps your curls defined for the extent of your style and I personally think it actually helps it get bigger over time
So it’s important to understand that your styling products, in this case the mousse, is not meant to moisture or affect the texture of your hair, that all depends on the products you wash & condition with. I will be making a video soon on why I use this product and why it’s the only styling product I use.
Hey love! So when I go to sleep I wear a satin-lined cap called a Slap 😅 it sounds odd, but it helps keep my curls defined throughout the week and it helps keep it in the form that I like to where I only have to shake it and go in the morning. I’ll leave the link below. www.graceeleyae.com/collections/satin-lined-caps-1/products/black-slap-satin-lined-cap
So I deep condition about 2x a month and it always depends on the hair styles. If I have braids for a month or so, I’ll deep condition the first 2-3 times I wash my hair after taking them out. I use the Trepadora Quinoa Repair Deep Condition. Now I use this because I have extremely low porosity hair, so it mainly helps me retain moisture.
@@KiaraLashea99 Thank you! I use the same products you use to wash and condition but using, the mouse alone for styling my hair is dry looking and lack of definition so I wonder adding a deep contion with protein will help or not. I only do a wash and go and attempt to do twist out for styling, so I didnt know if a deep conditioner was necessary.
So I only use the mouse for twist outs and braid outs. A wash and go would require completely different products. But the look of your hair will have to do with how you’re setting and drying the style.
I faithfully wash my hair once a week, but my braid outs can last me the entire week to 2 whole weeks. Yours not lasting long possibly has something to do with how long you let it set & how you take care of it through the night.

Did your hair feel soft and moisturize using mousse?

How often do you deep condition and which deep conditiner with the trepadora do you use?

My braidout sticks up😭 any tips on making it hang lower?
I actually used to have the same problem. It’s probably the way you’re sleeping. What do you do to your hair when you go to sleep?
How long does your braid out last? I find it will only be nice for 2 days then reverts
I faithfully wash my hair once a week, but my braid outs can last me the entire week to 2 whole weeks. Yours not lasting long possibly has something to do with how long you let it set & how you take care of it through the night.
