You probably just weren't familiar with the game yet. Apart from the robot's location (in video description), everything else is pretty much fixed. It's more fun on the first playthrough since you will likely be clicking everything else in the room, seeing how the objects react before finding the right thing to click.
This game always unsettled me a little bit as a kid. I think it’s the first time I ever experienced liminality. The empty rooms, the ticking of the clock in the empty living room. The only person in the house besides Dexter and the robot is dee dee. The completely dark bedroom. The humming and whirring in the lab. I can’t be the only one.
Tip: Dexter or Dee Dee’s rooms will require Night Vision; they are randomised and the room that requires Night Vision will always have the Geiger Glasses in
When I played it: -Dee Dee's room was in the dark instead of Dexter's -The robot was in the large cabinet near the sink in the kitchen -All the glasses are randomized (sort of) except the x-ray one It took me a couple of minutes to figure out that I had to transport an apple 😭 It was fun clicking around though and seeing what the objects do
Any chance you can record a much longer playthrough of this game and interact with everything there is to click on? You played the game way too fast here.
Got a problem with the way other people play? Then play it yourself (play using Flashpoint in video description)....I'm not obligated to click everything you know......
@@henrythepotatohead No, it's fine. I was just binging your channel for nostalgia and to see the ending of flash games I never beat as kid. I just remember this game being more charming because of the funny stuff you can click on, that aren't related to finding the robot.
Took me forever to beat this game. This guy did it in one minute!

I can’t be the only one.
The ambience was pretty chill to me, the clock was too loud and annoying
Yeah, I always thought video games had to have music so I thought this game was scary
Did you look in the kitchen?
In spite of how short this game is, I must admit it's well done. A lot of effort was put into the animations and set-pieces.
Tip: Dexter or Dee Dee’s rooms will require Night Vision; they are randomised and the room that requires Night Vision will always have the Geiger Glasses in
When I played the game back in the day, opening the cupboard with the X-Ray Glasses on, revealed whether the robot was there.
This was my favorite to play
Damn that nostalgia

Extreme nostalgia
>it wasn't necessary to enter the kitchen
Woah, also nice speedrun
Sometimes the robot is hiding in the kitchen (see video description for possible locations).
@@henrythepotatohead i knew i wasn’t the only one who remembered the robot being in the kitchen

I played the game on Game Zap and it somehow still works 😭
How come you didn't click on everything. You just tried to Speedrun the game.
Got a problem with the way other people play? Then play it yourself (play using Flashpoint in video description)....I'm not obligated to click everything you know......
