We enjoy the D&D and so far there have been a few 'Kyle' sightings there ... his reputation as 'astonishing' is well earned. Cool place & people. Thanks for the video. Yes, watch your step in Albania or we will see you laterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr .... (like Wile E Coyote)
Kyle is Fab...The Canadian man only pointed out the negativities regarding the infrastructure. In my opinion, he could have pointed out the beautiful aspects of this lovely country.
This video is just one of a series in which the obvious beauty of the country is self evident. While we do poke some fun at the infrastructure, it does not detract from how lovely the country and the people are.
I'm visiting Saranda in February. Coming from Belgium. Will be making a trip to Montenegro (Budva) for 3 days and then 3 days Tirana, 3 days Saranda and 4 days Corfu. I'm hoping for 14-18°Celsius temperatures. Scared that it's going to be deserted off season.
Well, that is certainly way off season. I guess it depends what you are hoping for. If you are expecting busy beach bars and girls in bikini's, I am most certain you won't find much of that. In our time there in October with great weather, all sorts of stuff is shut down. THe party is gone. That is what we look for personally. Best of luck hope you have fun. There will be places open you can go to, but it's not the party city that it is for 3 months of the peak season. It becomes nice and quiet.
A warning about the condo in the first line by the beach. Watched other RUclipsrs and they showed the clubs and restaurants play LOUD music until the early morning during the high season. They had windows closed and you could still hear the music and loud partying. It was expensive for one and they got no sleep the entire time they were there. Just fyi
Yeah, we would never stay in Saranda in peak season with the party music going, and we wouldn't stay in the centre of town anyways it's too busy, Thanks for the heads up though, much appreciated!
