While on a team with WannaKOF (or Buster), if you have 2 meter or more, Do QCB MP+MK (QCB B+Y) to assume a stance, if WannaKOF does too, they do the move. For Buster, it simply yanks him in most cases and does the super automatically.
Why's he named Terrance Bongo? Sry if this is a "dense" question, I'm not a big fighting-game guy, but a quick google search tells me that this is actually Terry Bogard from a series called Fatal Fury. What's up with the name change?

It's specifically the air version of the medium rising tackle. It's in the movelist as "Falling Tackle"
