Actually, height does not always accompany your age. My cousin is 8 years old, and she is still 99,5 cm (I cheered her up telling her she is same height as Anya, and it was very cute). But I also think Anya is around 5 ou 5/½, but 4 is very unlikely to me... but she could be 6 at the end, Due to the fact that, unlike her classmate, she grew up in a lab, was treated as a test subject instead of a child, and didn't developed much. A proof of that is that she grew taller after being adopted by Loid and having proper meals and freedom to play as a normal kid
