Both the unit and the TeleTrac are handmade Will - James is quite a clever and innovative man when it comes to things like that. He built the Teletrac from scratch for lighter jobs around the farm, so it has multiple uses in that respect. On his behalf - not everything is perfect - he's just looking at solutions to make life easier for this process. Since I last spoke to him I believe the concept designs have been sold on for production. If I hear of anything more I will post news. Thank You all for the comments!

If you make a similar frame arch on the front, like it has at the back, you can slide them in from the front and forget about the slow and cumbersome loading arm.

Quite smart , though for me the tractor/telehandler is the most interesting. Any more videos showing that?

The 2850 bale loader is much less efficient than the JKD Engineering's Round Bale Loader demonstrated in this video; in that, the 2850 bale loader would have to pass by each and every bale in a field setting and then have its direction reversed in order to gather them up. Whereas with the JKD Engineering's Round Bale Loader, it expeditiously gathers up each and every bale, one after the other, in a forward motion and then on to the next bale to be gathered up.

The concept is good, A guard to stop the bale rolling off the other side when tipping onto bars/trailer would be an idea, You need a pressure regulator so you can have both rear actors lowering/raising at the same time and on one valve, it looks like there on two, And why not add a pusher plate with a telescopic ram for compactness, You could be pushing the bale back as you move to the next one and then you would only have to lower the back end when unloading.
