For those who probably had a slight hard time understanding what Mayo Ji was trying to say at 5:30...
She is trying to say that in her mind, she had the image of India as a destitute and very poor country which requires immediate help from foreigners who have more money. She assumed that India was not self-sufficient and that it needs support from outside. However, after coming to India she realized that while India does have poverty, India itself is sufficient and capable enough to handle it and eradicate it. India doesn't require donations or external help, it is self-reliable and will be able to progress in due course of time. :)
