You had a captive audience! Enjoyed listening with my sisters, their husbands, my brother and his wife, outside around a solo stove fire! Thank you sir
Fantastique! I always imagine these things play best with a solitary listener, but this is the first I've heard that there was an actual audience! E.E.F.
WOW. Burgess Meredith lives! That is REMARKABLE. The voice even cracks in the correct places. Black Magic! LOL You are too talented for the 21st century.
How beautiful your natural voice is reminiscent of Vincent Prince yet so your own! Cee from the little haunted cottage in ireland 💚💚💚🍀🍀🍀in great appreciation🤗
I love your previous narration of this story so if you took the time to redo it, it can only be EVEN BETTER. ❤ I look forward to listening and will add it to my horror playlist for those lingering evenings for which I have saved my favorite narrators to get me through. Only a person who cares about their craft would reupload a remastered version of previous work that was already so good. 💖 Thanks so much for sharing your talent! 😍 I am extremely behind on my usual channel rounds and wonder if you happen to have done Green Tea or The Phantom Fourth by Le Fanu? The Green Tea I have in a playlist isn't too bad but The Phantom Fourth is pretty rough, and its kind of a humorous story that doesn’t work with an amateur narrator. If you have those or ever do them, I know I'll have those in my playlist, too.
You are CORRECT SIR! You are obviously one of the FICTION FANTASTIQUE "Evil Army of the Night" who notices these things. I'm re-dropping stories like The Monkeyspoons for a variety of reasons. The older recordings need technical "love," such as remastering for better audio quality. I will tighten up the pace or re-record sections to improve my reading. With Monkeyspoons I did those things as well as deleted the theremin music in the original drop I thought was superfluous. Thanks for tuning in! E.E.F.
@@FrenchEdward06Thanks for responding. The Monkey-Spoons is one of my favorites of yours. A lot of people don’t realize how difficult it is to create 4 discrete interactive personalities/voices and maintain them over the span of a story regardless of how short it is. Well done.
@@gigyoung7181It shouldn't seem difficult. If I've succeeded with the telling, listeners should hardly notice I'm playing the whole cast. The story is deceptively simple, but the characters are painfully palpable. Thanks, gigyoung7181.
Edward, A.I. can't ever copy a soul like you 😊🙏🏼
IF, one of these days, a recording purporting to be me pops up without this vocal disclaimer.....we'll see....meanwhile THANKS, cathrinewhite. E.E.F.
A wonderfully told story by both yourself and Counsellman. She is a favorite of mine and you are a master at your craft. Thanks as always.
I love Sinister Saturdays! Thank you, as always, Mr. French. 🇬🇧
Always happy to know you listen! E.E.F.
Perfection! Thank you Mr French.

Beautifully read
You could make the yellow pages seem like Shakespeare, sir
Oddly, I've never recited Shakespeare on the F.F. Channel. Thanks. E.E.F.

You are the FIRST to notice and point out that I channel ol' B. Meredith on occasion. It's quite deliberate. Cheers. E.E.F.
Fantastic story telling .... thank you
Excellent, as usual. Thank you.

Gory be-I mean-GLORY be! Thanks for listening and luck of the Irish! E.E.F.
Wow! This was great! ❤️
Great reading!
Thank you, Edward!

Thanks, ClaudiaX2. I haven't recorded Green Tea or Phantom 4th- YET. Cheers. E.E.F.
I'm going to need you to check a box and maybe identify all the crosswalks and red lights in a picture before I'm convinced this isn't A.I.
😂 I hate those things! Also the wheel you have to turn to match up two pictures..I never get it exactly matched, so I guess I'm a bot😅
I love this story.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t you do this one a few years ago?
Yep. Circa January 2019, I believe.
