Anyone else notice that not only is the Miao Dao longer than a Katana but the Chinese version of the Tonfa is also longer.
That's because the Chinese name for the tonfa is guai which means crutch. So it might be derived from that.
Questa forma viene dal Tang lang?

Dear Dan You might consider use a steel saber, so to feel more about the weight and the blade. You had done wonderful job in your body work. The next step is to polish and sharp your saber.
