- You DM screen could be better! I'm going to share 10 ways to make your DM screen better, so that it can work for you! Have you bought a DM screen and then never used the tables that are on it? Or have you made your own dungeon master screen and then you're not sure what to put behind it? In this video I share what I have behind my screen. These apply to any TTRPG, but I most often play D&D 5e. The things I like to keep behind my dungeons and dragons dm screen are: scale and distance references, travel pace references, monster art, special rules (ie underwater combat), dice, name list for quick NPC names, random encounters roll tables, relevant character backstory information for the session, rules that I can't remember, and my computer!

Youre content is incredible. So friendly and high quality. Pls keep em coming
This is cool and everything. I'd just really like to actually see your DM screen, and know the kind of rules that you forget often. I'd love to see more visual examples.
bro right now my DM screen is a skateboard 💀😂
Your content is incredible! Keep doin what you’re doin!
Oh and I love your mustache!
The problem with my GM screen is that it has a lot of useful stuff on it already and I hate covering it up lol.
Something else I find useful to have behind the screen is player info! Just an index cards with the players name, character name and race, max hp, AC, and that character's passive perception/insight. Or anything else that you want to remember about your players that you don't want to ask them about. Asking them what their passive perception is tells then that there is something to perceive. I usually put stealth bonus behind there too because I like the idea that a player knows they're being sneaky but not the exact number.
Yeah definitely a idea to keep some of your player's stats handy, especially passive perception like you mentioned! Having an index card for each of them is a great idea
Just discovered your channel and I gotta say, I really like your content :D
Btw idk if I'm the only one thinking that but man, you have such a soothing voice

Resistance and immunity is what I always screw up.
I've been Doing since Feb this year and I still haven't found a use for my DM screen. I just can't think of things valuable enough to put in it. That said, i do have piles and piles of notes and books to the left of the table in case I need to look up anything at a moment.
Did you just talk about reddit posts without showing them on the screen? ;-; massive dislike
