My grandfather used to carry a stool very much like this one when fishing. He lived near some train tracks and we would walk down them to his favorite fishing spot. I should make one of these if for no other reason than nostalgia. Thanks for sharing;
Fantastic work, Matt! Nicely done! 😃 The size is great to milk cows! (My parents have a farm here in Brazil and I did it many times when I was younger! 😂) Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
I’ve had a similar issue with the dowels not fitting. Turned out it was 1 inch dowel at 25.4mm going into a hole cut with a 25mm forstner bit. That 0.4mm makes all the difference! Wish I had a bobbin sander like you though!
I most admit until I actually saw you sit on it at the end I thought it might have been a foot rest or a stool for a child because it looked so small! :) Nicely done though, I have enjoyed watching your videos.
That looks very smart, Matt. I enjoyed seeing the wood turn from simple boards into component parts achieving a very professional look with that neat leather seat. Well done mate. But that hand injury looks nasty...?
Super job, ideal for hobbits and or leprechauns! Only kidding, will you be making a deck chair next as they are super comfy on a summer's day with a glass of beer.

You look uncomfortably crouched in on that chair^^

Great job Mat! Now go and clean up and dress that hand!
I most admit until I actually saw you sit on it at the end I thought it might have been a foot rest or a stool for a child because it looked so small! :) Nicely done though, I have enjoyed watching your videos.

Where is the beer holder?
The key is to ever put it down
4:23 what happened to your hand?
If this video was a minute or so shorter it would feel (wait for it...) punchier.
That’s a nasty looking wound on your hand. ⛑
