🚨 In this fiery court hearing, Judge Boyd goes head-to-head with a dumb sovereign citizen who gets caught lying-and let me tell you, she goes OFF on him. This guy is facing serious prison time, but of course, he’s sticking to the usual sovereign citizen script, acting like he’s untouchable. It’s honestly wild watching him try to talk his way out of this one, but Judge Boyd isn’t having any of it. Things get heated real quick, and you can feel the tension in the room. You know it’s bad when even the judge can’t keep her cool!

The part where you "might" feel sympathy for him is when he says "I didn't know what I was signing when I confessed." But here's where that falls apart. The judge that accepted his guilty plea doesn't just look at some sheet of paper and say "I see you pleaded guilty, cool."
Under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11(b)(3) and similar state rules...
When a defendant pleads guilty, the judge is required to establish a factual basis to ensure that the plea is voluntary and supported by evidence. This often involves the defendant providing a detailed admission of what they did, which helps confirm that they are not falsely confessing due to coercion, plea bargaining pressure, or misunderstanding. It seemed like the judge in this case knew that (of course!) and immediately shutdown his "I didn't understand what I was signing" argument.

Prosecutors are never prepared ..why wouldn’t that file be clipped into his folder .. and prepared for court ? One thing sovereign citizens bring to light by dragging out the court proceedings to the max is most judges and prosecutors are unprepared to go the distance and are always missing dates making mistakes and not sharing discovery in a timely manner . Just because you are repping yerself doesn’t mean everything you request is ingnored out of spite for not using the system .. a smart person could easily defend themselves much better than your avg prosecutor however the court system makes it hell to do anything yourself
