Ingredients
Condensed milk - 1/3 cup / 80 ml
Saffron powder - 1/8 teaspoon (or 1 big pinch strands)
Elaichi powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Soft unsalted butter - 25 grams (do not skip)
Unsweetened khoya, grated - 100 grams
Food grade rose water - 2-3 drops ( I used Dabur Zaika)
White chocolate, finely chopped - 220 grams(do not use compound)
Toasted chopped pista - 50 grams

Elaichi is cardamon. Khoya is mixture of milk powder and milk. Check out the recipe for khoya online.

You can try adding good quality natural extracts for best results. Otherwise use good quality essence, add very little.

Thank you Sreeranjani! Compound is not real chocolate, not good for health.Please use pure chocolate. Try Morde or Callebaut.
