My sanitation guys would not even pick up this mess. If it's not in their containers for household items, you can forget it. They will leave it. Carpet, glass and wood will never be picked up. There is always a driver, who never leaves the vehicle, and 2 guys on the back picking up. Everything is separated by different trucks, household waste, recycling and green waste. Bulk items you have to call in and they send a 1-man truck with a crane and grappling arm to pick up the big items, No injuries this way. I feel sorry for these guys dealing with such mess and picking up such heavy items. And if the trucks can't get to the items, like the white car in the video, they leave it. It looks like people open their door and just pitch the items out without a care for the mess they leave.
