I took macaron amande to work because i thought the scent was weak and i didn't really like it, but everyone sniffs and compliments me and i ended up loving it. I can still smell it on the sweater the next day, so it's not weak either, and I'll definitely buy it again
Lalique Amethyst is definitely a stunner. It IS the same perfumer as PDM's Meliora. After testing them side by side, Amethyst is a bit deeper with darker berries and a pinch of black pepper. Ultimately, the pepper threw me off too much, but I find that many people would probably prefer it to Meliora because it has that extra bit of oomph! Both are super unique in my opinion.
My favorite cheapie ever is Elizabeth Arden 5th Avenue Royale. It blows my mind that it’s as inexpensive as it is when it’s so complex and lovely. I think you may have actually spoken about it in a video before. Another one of my staple cheapies is Nemat Vanilla Musk oil. It’s amazing on its own and it layers well with pretty much anything. I also love the Nemat Musk Amber oil. La Perla La Mia Perla is another favorite of mine. I find it to be a super addictive musky skin scent. I wouldn’t have called Jennifer Lopez Still a favorite of mine, but I track my fragrance wearing habits and it’s very close to the top of my most worn fragrances of this year. It’s a nice easy reach, clean musky tea scent. It looks like I need to check out some more Zara scents. My favorite is MSK 004/NTL but sadly it’s discontinued. Thanks for the video.
Hi Meghan! Thank you so much for reminding me about 5th Avenue Royale. Such a fantastic scent! I'll have to try the other ones you mentioned...thanks for watching! :D
Bcz of your video I bought Jeanne Arthes - Tea time a Paris macaron amande - smells like almond milk with vanilla to me 😍 Some of my favorite cheapies are Zlatan Ibrahimovic perfumes - Myth bloom, Justin Bieber - Collector’s Edition, Rihanna - Kiss, Betty Barclay - Pure pastel mint, Body Fantasies - Pink vanilla kiss, Sol de janeiro - Cheirosa 40, Agent Provocateur - Fatale Orchid, Guess - Guess 1981 Indigo, Chopard - Brilliant wish, Pepe Jeans London - Celebrate for her, Armand Basi - Scent of kiss ❤️
If you have a lush store near you, go And try THESE scents. American cream perfume Tumeric latte But MOST of all try their Fun Times body mist. It smells EXACTLY like Zebra striped gum and I'm telling you it's STRONG. It's officially the most delicious scent I've ever smelled. I don't work for lush I just happened to spend all of my money there tonight :) and I couldn't help but think I cant wait to tell all of my favorite fragrance reviewers cause these scents are soo good.
I have so many good ones in this price range! Roberto Cavalli EDP, just (Roberto Cavalli), Orissima Divine (Ted Lapidus), HOT (Benetton), POP (Stella McCartney), FIRE & ICE by Revlon, Pure Honey by Kim Kardashian, Altamir (Ted Lapidus), Suki Essence by Weil,Tocade (Rochas), Casmir (chopard), still (Jennifer Lopez) ... The Nirvana line is not that cheap where I live, but if you can get it, try the others, I really like Amethyst, French grey and Bourbon are also really nice (I know others like the Black one I didn't like i that much).
My fave cheapies are usually older scents... L'Eau Par Kenzo pour femme, Burberry Brit EDT for her and Perles de Lalique. I also scored some from Narciso, Marc Jacobs, Body Shop and Fragonard for cheap off eBay this year all under £30 💃
The top three for women that comes to mind is - Outremer Vanille (thank you for your video 😊), Fresh Warm Cashmere and Ariana Grande “Ari”. For men - hands down Whiskey Reserve, Teakwood, Leather Brandy and Smoked Old Fashion from Bath and Body Works.
My #1 Cheapie scent of "ALL" time is: Calvin Klein's Eternity Intense for women, the older one, not to be confused w/ their latest one, Eternity Eau de Parfum Intense for women, which is on the sweeter side, I like, & have that one too, but the older one has a lipstick scent to it, that I absolutely die for, that type of scent is right up my ally sort of speak. I've gone through bottle after bottle of it. It's discontinued now, but I still have some left in one bottle, & a whole new bottle of it to go through. If you like lipstick scents, that's the one to go with for sure. :)
I adore Vetiver Pamplemousse so much🥰💜 & I spray this every a.m; even if I won't be wearing it by the time I set off wherever (& it is gorgeous, gorgeous, layered with the - grapefruit top note-d Oscar de la Renta Bella Essence (gold bottle!) but, Jo's Rhubarb - ah, in the first few seconds after spraying, it smells lovely, a beautiful rhubarb🎀💜but soon after, on me - it smells like used tea leaves☺️💜 (there's no "perfect whisper of Vetiver" - as in VP) just bad tea leaves for ninety something percent of the fragrance (& I'd messed up & ordered 2 bottles by mistake, so a huge BB fail, there.) Love Jo Malone's collaborations though🎉💜 - the Frag Snobs on Fragrantica get a bit uppity about these🤭💜 (1 lady insists she can "smell the Zara in these"🙄😌- but No! - you cannot; & that's what causes such fury in the Frag Snobs🤭💜- bc you get all those perfumes (ok not particularly long lasting) - but we can deal with that at that price with a tiny travel bottle (bought loads in the sale(!)🤭💜ouf, I may hv overdone it, in the Pandemic there, a smidgen) - & you even get cute, pseudo-niche packaging - for that lovely, luxe experience. The Frag Snobs frantically type their "horror" at these; "Ohhhh, so synthetic to me" (most perfumes are synthetic obvs - some synthetics are just more expensive than others) - & get all v unnecessary; but nevermind, if they don't like them - more for me(!) Love Waterlily Tea Dress too - beautiful; ok not as nice as Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Herba Fresca - bc that one is perfection (at under ninety pounds if yr lucky, or over a hundred per 100mk, if you aren't - & getting rarer & rarer 🙈💜 - but it's still v, v good🙏💜🇬🇧💜
My favorite cheapie is Mambo by Liz Claiborne. It is long lasting fruity, shampoo, clean fragrance. Also BBW Vanilla Bean Noel which smells very close to the expensive Tiholta fragrance.
Elizabeth Arden's Bluegrass, White Shoulders, Chantilly, Skin Musk by parfums de coeur, Vanilla Fields, Vanilla Musk, Cafe, Lady Stetson, Jovan Musk, Coty Wild Musk, anything by Elizabeth Taylor, all the Elizabeth and James Nirvana stuff...
I sometimes have a craving for Ariana Grande’s Sweet like Candy. It’s a delicious vanilla berry gourmand and I sometimes fancy something less complex than my niche favourites.
Cheapies I've worn a lot this year La Rive Taste of Kiss, BBW's Magnolia Charm Body Cream and Fine Fragrance Mist (this one gets a lot of compliments) and Dapper Fragrance extrait versions of Dior Poison Girl, Guerlain Spiriteuse Double Vanille and Dior Hypnotic Poison. I would recommend Dapper to you (they ship internationally), but their formulations are on the oily side....which I know is not your jam. Great video! I see some fragrances to add to my wish list. 😀
Please where did you buy the fine fragrance mist that gets lots of compliments because i have been looking for a fragrance that will always give me lots of compliments
@@vivianokeke9665 👋🏾 Hello! I got Magnolia Charm from Bath and Body Works (unfortunately it's no longer on the website) and also on Mercari. You can also try Amazon. Good luck! I hope you're able to find it. 🙂
I love Rose Gourmand, too. It does smell like Intense Cafe. I also love Sol de Janeiro's Cheirosa '71. 😃 You may like Bath and Body Works Pumpkin Pecan Waffle FFM. They're having a sale on lotion this weekend for $3.95.😁
What are your absolute favorite must-have cheapies? #cheapiesareawesome

Lalique Amethyst is still on my shopping list... Have just never taken that final step to order it! But berries/fruity/fresh sounds right up my alley!
