You are incredibly amazing with these videos!! Thank you so much for posting these. I have my exam next week for the SIE and this really helped a lot. thank you again!!!
Got my exam this Saturday. Been using these videos along with others to prepare. LOVE these practice questions. Best of luck to anyone planning to take the exam!
Thank you for watching! Yes, I will put together a video of the call and put type questions. I do have a options playlist you can use for now: ruclips.net/p/PLwJTm2ZT1L2WI5fMBKM3uXEv4lXpHpWAL Keep up the good work! 😀I think you will like this video in particular: ruclips.net/video/ooaZ5G1YUqg/видео.html
I have a question about DDPS now I was told that lps have only have one GP while multiple LPs and that you can use the losses as write off in ordinary income can you please explain
Most direct participation programs (DPPs) are organized as limited partnerships (LP). In an LP there is one or more General Partners (unlimited liability) and one or more Limited Partners (limited liability). Limited partners have no say in how the partnership is managed, they are passive. And loss received by a limited partner can NOT be written off against ordinary income (wages), it can only be net against passive INCOME (if any). Hope that helps! Thanks for watching! 😀
Does anyone have a good study method for this ???? It’s been a year of me with this I still can’t explain to you 1 single thing about this book. I’ve read this book 4 times. I’ve spent $4000 in personnel tutoring. I’ve seen all these videos on Kaplan and I’m still clueless. I’ve made 0% progress in 12 months. Can anyone help ? I need a study method cause I was a “D” student all through High School so I’m paying for it now. Thanks for any positive responses
Johny, You are right the SIE is a LOT to know. Our course is designed for people to learn all they need to know to pass the test. We are here to help! 😃
Maybe take a step back and reevaluate this. It may not be right for you, or too complicated material. If you've spent over $4k and made "0%" progress in 12 months, it might just be time to move on. You are the only one that knows if you feel it is a (realistic) passion you want to pursue.
If you are passionate about it, don't give up. Start by asking yourself, why are you doing it? Carrier, money, love advising? 2nd, see what makes you happy in life. Is the stress worth it? I would also sadjust trying Finance school. While still doing this on the side. Good luck hone.❤
If you go back and review question 21, it isn't saying that they can't be brokerage accounts, you are right a UGMA/UTMA account MAY be a brokerage account....but this is question is asking what MUST they be! UGMA/UTMA accounts are accounts for the benefit of a minor, and a minor can not own an account, a UGMA/UTMA account MUST BE a joint account, with a minor AND a custodian. That's a tricky one! Great question. Keep up the good work. 😀
question i have my exam in 2days these videos are helping alot i will be watching them till its test time but when i am taking the practice exams i get lost in the sauce lol. what is the best course of action to transition this into the actual practice exams and hopefully to the real exam in 2days. im stressing, but confidence is higher knowing i have this to follow. ill be watching this a section 3 mostly since that will get me over that 70% hump
Focus on what the words mean and the concepts, not just the right answer! We are rooting for you. 😀Be sure to take FINRA's free SIE practice exam too, it's on the FINRA website.
Great job! This exam represents the largest of the sections on the SIE exam. It is 33 out of the 75 questions, representing 44% of the test. The content covered in these questions comes directly from the SIE Examination Outline published by FINRA, they are concepts you MUST KNOW! Thanks for watching.😀
Gosh, I would always recommend a full study course for the SIE exam, it is such a broad exam. But the videos I have here on YT are very helpful! There is even a final exam for SIE. Be sure to visit the FINRA website and take their practice exam, it's free. That will be a good indication of how you would do on the real exam. Thanks for watching. Keep up the good work. 😀
I have a question. I have a 2024 study book. Question 32 on rights options. My book says you have up to 90 days on rights options and you said 30 days. Did this change recently or is my book wrong? Thank you. Also 29/33
For the test I would go with options are good for 9 months, rights are good for 30 days, and warrants up to 30 years. I can't say why your book has a different time period. Good score! Thanks for watching 😀
Thanks for watching. Thank you for the feedback. I believe the price for the course is well worth it, many vendors are higher. This content is my life's passion, so I am biased for sure. 😀

@@PassMasters How to apply for the exam. What is scope after getting pass the exam on my professional career. Where and which field should I apply for job.
SIE is just the first exam for the securities industry.@@shreejithnair90 Anyone can take it. Once you pass the SIE, you need a firm to sponsor you to move forward with a product license, so depending on where you work you get either a mutual funds and variable products license (6) or stockbroker (7). We specialize in training you to pass the exam. There are lots of potential job opportunities.
Your teaching skills and presentation are top notch. Thank you.

Join account was my guess, but in your video it says the answer is that they MUST be a cash account. @@PassMasters
