You can get a total of 15 rubber hose from lab actually. A1 A2 B1 B2 in normal mode gives you three each per zone as mentioned above making 12, but if you dare venture into hard mode you can get an additional 3 rubber hose from A1 hard mode. Usually from the first lootable chest/table you come across. I usually go into hard mode, kill the first few enemies and pray the first chest spawned in the second room before the spinning spore poisson room thingie. Now whether that extra 3 rubber hose are worth the gear,meds and weapons you’ll blow thru is a different conversation altogether
I just finich clearing A1 A2 and i use perk of enemies miss when they hit you and its amazing they miss 60% of Thier hits i recommended to do it The clearing was super ez with it (srry for my english)

Bunker Alpha certainly takes priority, but Bravo and lab are quite weird in terms of difficulty comparison, I found lab to be somewhat easier due to no radiation time limit and the rewards are a bunch more fun; during an event it can always be well worth it to try lab anyway
