Thank you for sharing! Curious how you keep track of all the gear. Can't decide if I'd be more excited about the trip or all that tech... nah, it would be the trip.
Right now I just have a spreadsheet for keeping track of all my purchases. But this week I’ll be creating a spreadsheet that outlines what equipment should pair with other equipment for specific scenarios.
Being a tec-nerd.. this was one of may favorite videos! some other stuff you can look into is getting different addon lenses for the iphone... i know there's this one company called nomad, that have cases that you can easily attach lenses to. i think they have a wide angle, anamorphic, telephoto and macro lens. also it might be good to look into a Sony mirrorless camera. they are much smaller and lighter and tweaked for video mostly but also take amazing photos. i cant wait for the nature docuseries to come out! will you be uploading it on this channel??? when do you think it will be out??
I lived in New Zealand, Christchurch when you went the first time. So nice to think you left from the airport there so close by, made it a bit more real almost. :) Are you sure the drone can withstand the cold? I guess the batteries might have issues.
I’m so envious! Have you considered the DJI Ronin stabilizer for filming yourself with active tracking, it could give you a lot of flexibility. Edit; never mind I jumped in with the comment before completing the vid 🙄
Hey Space Friends! Links to all the gear and how you can sign up to get a postcard from me from Antarctica are in the description 👀
Can’t wait for all the Ariel shots!!! 😆
Hey there. Thanks for taking the time to share some of your gear!!!
Looking forward to seeing the end result of your trip.
Well, you're back! Haven't heard from you in a while. Looking forward to videos of this new adventure.
Very envious of you. Looking forward to seeing what comes out of your journey down there.
Looking forward to sharing it all when I get back!
So excited to see your upcoming film about this. So proud of you!! - Justin W.
You're going back again? Awesome!
Yes! I leave in about 45 days and I’ll be there for 2 months!
This is awesome! I can’t wait for it to come out.
Love seeing your gear list here. So excited to see what comes from your expedition!
OMG what a nerd! i love it - well done - can't wait to see the results
Can't wait to see your footage 😊👍🏻
Very impressed with your gear setup! I think it's half the fun!
It’s fun but also a little daunting to get it all prepared and packed up properly!

I’ll be back there soon! The batteries might have a shorter lifespan while I’m there, but should hold up for long enough.
I'm super jealous of all of the "toys." I know: they're tools, but they look like so much FUN!
Ariel shots, ha, ha! Is any of that gear suited to using under water?
Lots of gear to pack on😁😎

I would think any tripod you would use would need to be all metal. Plastic gets brittle in super cold.
A 30 foot monopod made by who? Photomass? Photomath? I can’t tell what word you’re saying. Google isn’t filling me in either.
It’s in the captions of the video as well as the RUclips description!
You're mot taking an electron microscope😷
