    Hypothetically if online bunking would fail soon, it would mean that hackers have possibly hacked the affected bank account ?
    If that were a case, this info would prevent possible ban run, based on misunderstanding. When online banking would fail, banks are fine, and hackers would be to be blamed.
    That’s quite clever…

    Chinese 🇨🇳 government has training centers for groups, like the APT31, to commit cybercrimes in other countries, including the US 🇺🇸.
    - APT31 is a run by China's Ministry of State Security and has a $10 million FBI bounty on them.
