Love the camera angle on the choke. So satisfying to see the facial expression and moment of submission. Sometimes when they’re face down you don’t see anything and it loses something. It helps you really understand and feel what’s going on (like the replay of Tyson fury taking Wilder’s punch on the forehead and you see the shockwave ripple through the fat on his body) Maybe to judokas they don’t care as they know and can imagine the feeling but it’s so much better to see a grimace I can tell the choke is working and then them make up their mind and being forced to submit. Is there a longer clip you with different angles and more replays you can upload of the choke? Also Tsunoda has her hand behind the head, would she be pressing the head forward like in a rear naked choke? Is that the sensation- very much like a rnc but with a go instead and not as effective?
I have minimal Judo experience, so pardon if the question won't make much sense (and it's not Newaza related). Yesterday I watched some clips on banned Korean Seoi Nage and throw attempt at 1:35 (Tsunoda vs Pont) looks similar. Or not?
Why in this compilation is no final contest? There is Tsunoda showed nice tomoe nage and to get ippon but before Boukli showed very good escape from Tsunoda's osaekomi. It was very surprise this escape.
@@MrSpiralling probably no gi judo. I've never heard of no gi judo though. Isn't submission wrestling more than merely 'no gi BJJ' i.e. you get points for takedowns don't you ?
Maysa Bastos vs Tsunoda is a dream match.
Luta muito Jiu Jitsu, perfect.
Diyora Keldiyorova vs Tsunoda is a dream match.

Yes, it is pushing the head forward. As the arm is extended it creates more forward pressure than a rear naked choke.

No. We can't even call it an attempt. Probably she thought that she was made seoi but she has not any grip. Not at all.

This was uploaded before the final. I was also very surprised that Boukli escaped from Tsunoda's osaekomi.
wonder how Natsumi Tsunoda would do againest a good Brazilian jujitsu player in bjj rules
@@exuriusec1449 Agreed, she started no-gi while she was in University, so she has 10 years experience in that alone.
I wouldn't be surprised if she beat alot of top BJJ players because of her stand up ability.

@@ronki23 well submission wresting rules are Basically the same or very similar to bjj rules, yeah you get 2 points for a takedown
